A Great Resource for Piano Technicians

I am a piano technician who is always seeking new material to continue my education. I found this book to be very enlightening. It is full of useful information and checklists for prepping instruments for concerts, or any other occasion really. The book covers every aspect of the profession including tuning, regulation, voicing, and customer/artist relations. I particularly enjoyed the stories and interviews that are inserted throughout the book. The author's writing style kept me engaged. I highly recommend this to other piano technicians.

...of practical advice and personal anecdote. Some of the material may be a little technical for a person who doesn't already know something about how the piano works, but as a Registered Piano Technician I found the material accessible and informative.
